구어체(Colloquial)_먼저 갈게요(meonjeo galgeyo)

In Korean culture, when leaving someone behind, it's common to say "안녕히 계세요(annyeonghi gyeseyo)" as a way of saying goodbye.

However, when leaving work before your colleagues or juniors, it's natural to say "먼저 갈게요(meonjeo galgeyo)" to let them know you'll be going first.

This is also appropriate when going to a casual gathering, where saying "먼저 갈게요(meonjeo galgeyo)"  as a parting greeting indicates you'll be leaving first.

This phrase can also be used in a more formal context, such as when leaving work before your boss. In this case, you can say "먼저 가겠습니다(meonjeo gagesseumnida)" to indicate that you'll be going before them.

Using this phrase shows respect for your superior's authority. Overall, "먼저 갈게요(meonjeo galgeyo)" is a versatile phrase that can be used in various social situations to indicate that you'll be leaving first while also serving as a friendly parting greeting.
